Free Group Coached Workouts at the Bud Harris Cycling Track on Monday Evenings

Come out to the Oval for a bike-run repeat brick workout led by Coach Anne-Marie.  All workouts are time-based rather than distance-based, so all athletic levels are welcome and will start/finish together.  Helmets are required.  Meet other area triathletes, get some training and racing tips, and have fun!  All workouts will last one hour or less.


Workouts are currently taking place on Monday nights from 6:30-7:30pm at the Bud Harris Cycling Track (aka the ‘Oval’ on Washington Blvd), but may be cancelled in event of inclement weather.  Map & directions. 

Workouts are anticipated to continue through early/mid October and move to an earlier evening start time as we lose daylight.

Group Coaching Programs

Just TRI It! Janney & The Y Sprint Triathlon at North Park – Group Coaching Program.  If you’re new to triathlon or want to give it a first “tri”, this is the program for you!  Train to complete a 700m swim, 12 mile bike, and 5k trail run with a structured training plan, organized group workouts/clinics with coaches, and a private Facebook forum for questions, training tips, and motivation.
