6 Week Healthy Reset

The 6 Week Healthy Reset is a perfect starting place for incorporating healthy lifestyle changes.  Making changes to your routine can be challenging, and sometimes it’s hard to even know where to begin!  Throughout this 6 week program, we will discuss a different area of health & wellness each week so that you can implement healthy changes in manageable and methodical steps.   Each week, we’ll review goals from the prior week and set a few new goals for the coming week.  I’ll be at your side to offer encouragement and accountability!

Program includes:

  • 1 Pre-program Discovery phone call (30 minutes) for us to get to know each other:  We’ll discuss your background, goals, how our 6 weeks together will flow, how to set yourself up for success during our time together, and pick a date for our first call.  I’ll also answer any questions you may have during this call.
  • 6 – 40-minute weekly phone/Skype/Facetime sessions to check in and discuss progress and setbacks, ask questions, and dig into a new aspect of health and wellness, such as nutrition, healthy sleep habits, stress management, digestion/gut health, exercise, and supplementation
  • Recipe guide and shopping list
  • Unlimited access to me via email for questions between sessions.
  • Complimentary follow-up call 4-6 weeks after our last session to check in and answer any new questions that have come up.
