I’m an ITCA-certified triathlon coach. I’ve been an endurance sports enthusiast for over a decade and have spent countless hours training for running, cycling and triathlon races, learning about the science behind training and how to maximize athletic performance, and helping others to reach their fitness goals.  I have worked with athletes of all abilities, ages, and goals, from completing a first 5k to Ironman-distance triathlon.   Using an online interface for workouts and feedback allows me to coach you no matter where you live.

In 2012, a disappointing race season led to embark on a journey of learning about food and how our nutrition choices have a big impact on not only how we perform, but also influence mood, concentration, sleep, and so much more. Everyone is unique, so I will work with you to develop a unique plan to suit your needs.  Endurance sports and nutrition have played a big role in my life, and I am excited to share my knowledge with others and help them to reach their goals.
